The Challenge 

Myself, fellow guide and good friend had recently taken over the Rafting company “Kaituna Cascades” located in Okere Falls – Rotorua . We had both been working there for over ten years and have watched the ways of running a business and always been taking notes on how to improve sales and make it easier for clients to book rafting tours.

So one of the first things we did was to upgrade our website as online bookings is the way of the future! We needed a “book now” button and a booking system behind the scenes to make our life way easier – so we paired up with the Whyte Waters Group, and they set us up with their Real Time Booking System (RTBS).

Our super friendly and knowledgeable local rep made the whole thing really easy and we were away. The system is easy to use and takes away all of the paper work. More importantly our potential clients browsing our website could now hit the book now button and complete the booking online without hassle – saving us lengthy phone calls, confirming the booking instantly and saving everyone time!!

The nature of our business is relatively high volume and mostly last minute online bookings, and as the name suggests – the Real time booking system keeps everything up to date “real time” and makes day to day running of the business smooth and simple! Kaituna Cascades would love to give a shout out to Whyte Waters and the RTBS and highly
recommend using the system to increase and capture sales – while making life simple and easy.
